We use 98% natural ingredients listed below. The ingredients that are not natural (the big words that we often see on products in drug stores and don't take a second glance at...) are anti microbial and preservative additives. These are included to keep the Balm from allowing a culture of mould to grow, and kills any bacteria that could be transferred from one user to another. They are completely harmless and will not irritate even the most sensitive skin.
